Terms of Service
sendthis.one suggests replies. You decide what to send and you are responsible for it. Be 18 or older. Don't use it to harass or deceive people. PRO renews automatically until you cancel; no refunds for partial periods. We can change or stop the service, and our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
1. Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and sendthis.one ("we", "us"). By using the sendthis.one website or mobile app (the "Service") you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By using the Service you confirm that you are.
3. The Service
You give the Service a screenshot or a description of a conversation, pick a persona and receive AI-generated reply suggestions in several moods. The suggestions are generated automatically by a third-party AI model. They can be wrong, tone-deaf, inappropriate or simply not what you meant. Nothing is sent on your behalf. You review every suggestion and decide whether, and to whom, to send it.
4. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for what you submit and for any message you choose to send. You agree not to use the Service to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, defame or abuse anyone;
- deceive, defraud or manipulate anyone, or impersonate another person;
- produce or distribute unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or exploitative content, or anything involving minors;
- upload content you have no right to share, including other people's private information beyond what is reasonably needed to get a reply;
- probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, share accounts, circumvent limits, or resell access;
- break any law that applies to you.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, without refund.
5. Plans, passes and billing
- Free tier: a small number of generations per device with the five free personas. Limits may change.
- 72-hour pass: verify your email once to unlock every persona for 72 hours. One pass per email address, ever; aliases of the same mailbox count as the same address. Generations on the pass still draw from the free counter. The pass is a promotion we may withdraw at any time.
- PRO: an auto-renewing subscription. Current prices: $2.88 / week, $8.88 / month or $28.88 / year (USD, taxes may apply). PRO unlocks all personas and unlimited generations for as long as the subscription is active.
Renewal. PRO renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel any time: purchases made on the web are managed through Stripe (use the link in your receipt email, or delete your account in the app, which cancels immediately). Purchases made through the Apple App Store are managed in your App Store subscription settings and are governed by Apple's terms; Apple, not us, handles those charges and refunds.
Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and there is no refund or credit for the unused part of a billing period after you cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, unless you delete your account. Prices may change; we give notice before a change affects a renewal.
Payment processing on the web is provided by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
6. Account
Signing in uses a one-time link sent to your email; keep that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from MENU → Account → Delete account; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
7. Content and licence
You keep whatever rights you have in what you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI provider. Reply suggestions are yours to use; we claim no ownership of them, but because they are machine-generated we cannot guarantee they are unique or free of third-party rights. The Service itself, including its personas, design and code, belongs to us and our licensors.
8. AI disclaimer
Output is generated by an automated model and is provided for entertainment and convenience. It is not advice of any kind and does not reflect our views. We do not review outputs before you see them. Use judgement.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any suggestion will get the result you want.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, relationships or reputation, arising from your use of the Service or anything you send using it. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or US$10 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in that case they apply to the extent permitted.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, messages you send, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the Service or these Terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect; continued use after that is acceptance. If we discontinue PRO we will refund any prepaid, unused portion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. App Store
If you use the iOS app, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, but is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's own terms apply to your download and any in-app purchase.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief anywhere. Nothing in this section removes rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of where you live.
15. General
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
